ADAPT focuses on prevention and treatment of substance abuse and/or dependency. The following service/activities are provided: Intensive outpatient treatment for individuals and their families suffering from effects of alcohol and/or drug abuse; Referral to a residential treatment program for adults and youth, located in Roseburg, when necessary; Youth specific treatment; Women’s specific treatment; Relapse prevention groups; DUII programs. Most insurance, OHP Plus programs and self pay accepted. Sliding fee schedule available for most services. No one will be refused service. |

Crisis Resolution Center provides residential Alcohol & Drug beds for severe and persistent mentally ill clients with the substance abuse disorders. They also have Dual Solutions that provides Alcohol & Drug outpatient services to that same population. These are individuals who are unable to receive services as a result of their mental illness from other providers. |
